1. Potential for growth – the perfectly designed nightmare
2. The Inciting incident.
3. Allies and Enemies – they are all mentors for growth
4. The “gap” is where the emotion lives – desire and attainment
5. Metaphor & Rites of Passage – everything is an angle on the facts.

What are the four primary negative internal story elements?:

1. I am not a hero
2. I am not enough
3. I deserve more
4. There is no meaning
